TLS is raising funds for a new HVAC system!
It’s time to retire our almost 70-year-old school boiler system! The faithful steam heat system has needed several costly repairs over the past several years. Replacement parts are becoming scarce and repair costs are steep.
$200,000 is needed for a new HVAC system which will include: Roof-top units; heat and cool; thermostat controlled; electrical; roof repair.

TLS Master Plan and Strategic Planning Update
On January 30, 2025 two representatives from Shive-Hattery presented the final Conceptual Master Plan for future building options at Trinity. The process has been an almost two year project lead by our Strategic Growth Planning Committee (SGPC). An update on current facility needs was also presented a the Town Hall.
In 2022 Shive Hattery provided a full facilities assessment report. The report is provided below along with an update from the SGPC on facility projects we will be addressing in 2025.
